# Using the resource library

## Find the right file

Browse the design brief, brand guidance and quality standards, or search the downloads by name or format. Download individual files when you need a specific asset, or use the complete resource pack for a consistent set.

## Choose an image

The visual image library shows current assets and additional imagery from the original website. Search by subject or filter by category. Previews contain the complete frame; open the full-size image separately, download the file or copy its link into a brief. Dimensions and file sizes help identify a suitable format.

AI illustrations are labelled and are not photographs of completed customer work. Reused website imagery is not verified customer-project photography. Check the source and usage details before publishing. The image collection has its own ZIP, catalogue and checksum; keeping it separate makes brief-only downloads smaller.

The Canberra photograph is by Shkuru Afshar under CC BY-SA 4.0. Retain the supplied attribution and licence, and share adaptations under the same licence. TV Mount artwork and other reused website images are restricted to authorised TV Mount Australia work, not general stock redistribution.

## Keep the version

Record the pack version and date with your project. The manifest lists file sizes, formats and SHA-256 checksums. Compare a downloaded pack with the published checksum to check that its bytes match. A checksum is not a digital signature.

The latest route provides the current pack. Use its dated release identifier when documenting the resources used for a piece of work.

## Respect formats and licences

PNG and WebP logos are raster artwork, not editable vector files. Preserve their proportions and use suitable dimensions for the intended placement. Logo use is restricted to authorised TV Mount Australia work.

Font files include their SIL Open Font License documents. Keep the licences with font redistribution. Colour samples from logo artwork and interface colour references are labelled separately.

## Apply the guidance

Use the brief and standards to support consistent, accessible work. Verify business information and image permissions before publication. The resources are design guidance, not a replacement for the business's published policies or a guarantee of performance.
